Shipping policy

Processing time-

This may very depending on the product ordered. All products are made to order in small batches. Due to the processing time of some herbs this could be anywhere from 3-21 business days. We appreciate your patience. If you are in need of a product fast and want to know how long the processing time will be please contact us and ask BEFORE placing the order. Once the order is placed we can not guarantee the order can be canceled and refunded.

Shipping Options & Delivery times-

Shipping will be done through USPS. 

Standard 3-7 business days

Expedited- 2-3 business days

Once the order is shipped we have no control over it. Things such as weather, holidays, carrier issues ex. are out of our control and we hold no responsibility. If your order is damaged in shipping please contact us. We will instruct you with the next steps and we will deal with the carrier to try and get a refund going. 

Incorrect shipping address-

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
